Welcome to Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC (“Kenosha Coffee Roasters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 2. Products and Orders

  • Coffee Products: All coffee products sold on www.kenoshacoffeeroasters.com are produced and drop shipped by Old Chicago Coffee Roasters. By purchasing these items, you agree to Old Chicago Coffee Roasters' terms regarding product quality, shipping, and returns.

  • Merchandise: Non-consumable items like apparel, mugs, and accessories are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Printful is responsible for manufacturing, shipping, and handling returns or exchanges for these products under the conditions described below.

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that the information on our Site is accurate, complete, or error-free. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please refer to our Return Policy.

2.2 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Order Processing and Payment

  • Coffee Products: Once your order is placed for coffee products, it will be processed and shipped by Old Chicago Coffee Roasters. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and order volume.

  • Merchandise: Orders for merchandise fulfilled by Printful are custom-made and printed on demand. Please allow additional processing time before your order ships. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most locations within the United States.

  • Coffee Products: Shipping times for coffee orders may vary based on your location. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated delivery windows.

  • Merchandise: Printful handles all shipping logistics for merchandise. Delivery times may vary based on product type and location. Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC is not responsible for any delays once the order has been shipped by Printful.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Coffee Products (Old Chicago Coffee Roasters): Due to the nature of consumable goods, all coffee product sales are final. We do not accept returns for edible or consumable items. If you receive defective coffee merchandise, you may request an exchange for the same or a similar product within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise (Printful): Merchandise items are custom-printed and produced upon order. Therefore, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered, you can request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Printful will handle all exchanges for merchandise based on their policies.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Coffee Orders: Once a coffee order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it is processed immediately by Old Chicago Coffee Roasters. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Merchandise Orders: As Printful fulfills merchandise orders on-demand, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on Printful’s policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
