RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy for Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC

At Kenosha Coffee Roasters LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. All products sold through www.kenoshacoffeeroasters.com are produced and shipped by Old Chicago Coffee Roasters. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as it reflects Old Chicago Coffee Roasters' policies.

1. No Returns on Edible or Consumable Items (Old Chicago Coffee Roasters)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on edible or consumable items. All sales are final for coffee beans, grounds, and other consumable goods.

2. Defective Coffee Merchandise

If you receive a defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same or a similar product. To request an exchange for defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The defective item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange for defective merchandise, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • A description of the defect

  • Photos showing the defect, if applicable

Once we verify the defect, we will provide instructions on returning the item and arranging an exchange.​

3. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges (Printful Fulfilled Orders)

For non-consumable merchandise such as apparel and accessories that are fulfilled by Printful, our return policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Wrong Size or Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong size or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Exchanges will be handled according to Printful's policies, and we'll assist you in processing the return or exchange.

  • No General Returns: Printful products are custom-made to order, and we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders once they have been processed. Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.

To request an exchange or report an issue with merchandise, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable

4. No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for any claims related to either coffee products or Printful merchandise. Exchanges will be offered only for items deemed defective.
